Recently, the Jindong District beam manufacturing yard of the Jinhua Railway Hub Expansion and Reconstruction Project, which was undertaken by China Railway Fourth Engineering Bureau, reported good news: the first beam was cast successfully! This important moment marks that the Jinhua Railway Hub Expansion and Reconstruction Project has entered the substantive construction stage, laying a solid foundation for achieving the overall goals of the project.

The beam manufacturing yard in Jindong District is located in Xinjian Village, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province (on the right side of DK25+600 line). Our box beam template will undertake the task of prefabricating 767 box beams for the entire Jinyi Line 3 and 4 (Jinhua Railway) in the beam manufacturing yard in Jindong District . These box beams include: 514 holes of double-track ballasted box beams with a span of 31.5m, 88 holes of double-track ballasted box beams with a span of 23.5m, 31 holes of double-track ballastless box beams with a span of 31.5m, 5 holes of double-track ballastless box beams with a span of 23.5m, 107 holes of single-track box beams with a span of 31.5m, and 22 holes of single-track box beams with a span of 23.5m. With its high strength and high precision, our box beam template ensures that each box beam can meet the project requirements and provide strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.
