01 Design capacity
Optimize the structural design, adopt three-dimensional modeling, dynamically simulate the demoulding and closing process of the whole formwork, and obtain the excellent formwork blocking method through three-dimensional spatial adjustment, so as to ensure the fully automatic operation of the formwork. After analyzing the casting condition, lifting condition and longitudinal movement state of each formwork combination, the superior strength and stiffness of each structure are calculated to meet the number and frequency of field use.

Outer mold: reliable structure, fast and convenient installation and debugging; laser positioning of the material, the end of the mold of the anchor hole space position and angle is accurate.
Self-propelled fully hydraulic internal mold.
1. One-step hydraulic automatic demolding of the inner mold, no need for personnel to enter the inner cavity of the beam during the demolding process, which saves time and effort, and is safe and efficient.
2. Main beam adopts single-layer top-mounted structure, integrated rail function, large overall rigidity, simple support, high headroom at the bottom, which is convenient for personnel operation.
3. Equipped with movable internal mold automatic longitudinal transfer device, can completely replace the traditional winch dragging mode, simple operation, in and out of the mold is smooth and safe, can greatly reduce the personnel, equipment needs, and a set of automatic longitudinal transfer device can be used for multiple girder making platform, low investment costs.
