03 Production and lead time

The company has several laser gas cutting machines, large CNC plasma cutting machines, CNC drills, CNC presses, CNC bending machines and other equipment; The manufacturing and processing technology of PC beam formwork is mature, and special professional tooling is used to ensure production quality. The first set of formwork can be produced in about 35-45 days according to the design scheme, and the test in factory can be completed in 10-15 days. A set of formwork can be produced every 7-10 days.

04 Service Force

1. We have various types of professional installation service engineers, if the condition on site is suitable, the installation of each set of straight beam formwork takes only 7-10 days; the installation of each set of curve beam formwork takes 10-15 days, the overall installation and commissioning of the fully automatic intelligent electronic control system takes 15-20 days.
2. After the delivery of the formwork, the professional after-sales service engineers will guide to complete the pouring construction of the three beams and teach 2~3 personnel on site to be skillful in the operation.
3. During the daily use on site, we organize relevant technical, sales and after-sales personnel to make regular visits.
