01 Design capacity
Optimize the structural design, adopt three-dimensional modeling, dynamically simulate the demoulding and moulding process of the whole formwork, and get the best formwork blocking method through three-dimensional spatial adjustment to ensure the fully automatic operation of the formwork. After analyzing the casting condition, lifting condition and longitudinal movement state of each formwork combination, (with three-dimensional diagram, or force diagram), the superior strength and stiffness of each structure can be calculated and satisfy the number and frequency of on-site use.

The whole set of formwork is divided into three parts: external side formwork, end formwork and bottom formwork. According to the clamping mode of side formwork and bottom formwork, it can be divided into: a) wedge type; b) Pull rod type.
Outer mold: reliable structure, quick and convenient installation and debugging; set up a reasonable demolding slope to facilitate rapid demolding, demolding without missing edges and corners.
The longitudinal hydraulic T-beam formwork can be moved to the next beam making pedestal along the track by the longitudinal trolley with its own power, so that one set of external formwork can be matched with multiple sets of bottom formwork, which improves the construction efficiency. The external formwork is automatically erected and demoulded through the hydraulic system, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the efficiency of formwork erection and demoulding. The formwork only needs to be assembled once, greatly reducing the use frequency of gantry cranes.
End mold: laser positioning blanking is adopted, and the space position and angle of each anchor hole of the end mold are accurate; Sealant strips are set at the joints of end formwork, bottom formwork and external formwork to ensure that there is no slurry leakage during the prefabrication of T-beam.
