Hydraulic system maintenance and repair

1. The oil must be strictly filtered before it is injected into the tank, and its filtration precision should be at least not lower than the required cleanliness of the system.

2. Before starting the pump for the first time, the pump should be filled with oil, the pump piping should be checked for oil leakage, and each piping should be loosened from the pumping station end to exhaust the connecting bolts.

3. The oil used in the system must be kept clean and no air must be sucked into the system.

4. The regulating pressure of the relief valve shall not exceed the maximum system pressure.

5. Hydraulic oil tank filter (cartridge) should be cleaned or replaced every 10 cycles of work; every 50 cycles of work after the need to replace the hydraulic oil.

6. When the equipment is shut down for more than four hours and restarted, the pump should be allowed to run unloaded for five minutes before starting the actuator.
